Use tablewear and utensils that appeal to you and always set a place for yourself even if you are eating alone.

Take a moment to adjust the lightening so it feels pleasant to you.

Never have the television switched on whilst eating.

Consider playing some soft, relaxing music while you eat.

Try to minimize multitasking while eating. In the evening, try to make it a time for food and family.
