Apple Seed Muffin (By: Mrs Kavita Bhatnagar)

  • Cook Time : 20m
  • Ready In : 25m



  • pumpkin seeds, 1 portion
  • sunflower seeds, 1 portion
  • 1 apple


Step 1

Wash and soak the seeds overnight.

Step 2

Grind the seeds with a little water in pestle and mortar next morning.

Step 3

Mix it with grated apple.

Step 4

Spread it in a cake form / silicon molds and bake in a preheated oven for 20 minutes at 200 degree Celsius.

Step 5

Mix it while still hot and with the help of a mold, put it on a platter.

Step 6

Sprinkle some freshly ground cinnamon. Enjoy while still warm!

    Do you have any photos of this recipe? Unsure about how you put the ingredients in a mould and how it looks when done. I’m looking for new recipes with my seeds and this sounds great.

      It does sound good, doesn’t it – unfortunately the cook has not provided a picture for us! I will try to get a picture.
