  • broth (made from bay leaf, cloves, whole black pepper, thyme, rosemary, salt, onion, garlic)
  • meat (protein portion)
  • chopped onion, 2 TBSP
  • black pepper, salt, vinegar to taste
  • vegetable (e.g. asparagus)

Step 1

Prepare broth, boil 10 minutes.

Step 2

Reduce heat, strain.

Step 3

Add meat to broth and let simmer until done. Don’t boil!

Step 4

Remove meat and cut into small pieces.

Step 5

Add a few tablespoons of broth to the meat and mix with vegetables.
